I love this place. Everything I've ever eaten here has been delicious. The space is a bit tiny, but worth waiting for a table if you have to. I was gleefully surprised when I discovered they have 50% off their already affordable prices before 2:45PM.
By phone, ordered their special set menu. Food was delicious, hot, and well packaged. Arrived very quickly. We have left overs for another meal. Will definitely order again.

This is probably the restaurant that I repeated the most here in NYC. My husband and I used to live close by but even after we moved to another neighborhood, we still go back. The environment is super simple - but don’t get fooled for that. The staff is super nice and the food… is delicious. We love Indian food and this place offer a lot of options. My order is always the same: fish curry. It’s super creamy and with a lot of spices. We always get the Garlic naan as well. The samosas are also a must. Also, the best part: lunch special everyday, 50% off from 11 am to 2:45 pm

Excellent service. The man who was working as a server was extremely kind, attentive and quick. Probably the best service I’ve received in New York. The food was also delicious and quickly served. Kindest atmosphere ever.
I cannot say enough good things about Mughlai! My FAVORITE Indian restaurant in Manhattan with the BEST Chicken Biryani! They are also so sweet and gave us a delicious complimentary dessert when I picked up dinner tonight! 10/10
Ordered samosas, vegetable biryani, aloo gohbi matar and garlic naan- delicious! So good we ended up going two days in a row. Service is excellent. Prices are extremely fair! Definitely will be a regular spot to grab lunch and dinner.
